All Florida Ram Jack Compaction Grout Repair

Many types of soil can see improvement with Compaction Grouting. Compaction Grouting is used for soil stabilization and densification, and void filling. This method is used to fill the voids in the ground around and under your dwelling.

The main purpose is to increase the load the soil can bear and by adding material to the lower soil layers. We utilize a limited access drill (that can fit through a 36” door opening ) to drill to the adequate depth. Secondly , a thick Cement/Grout mixture is pumped into the ground under high pressure. We utlize a Schwing 500 Grout Pump and steel casing. We are capable of achieving 800 psi maximum and pump to a depth of 200 vertical feet. The soils are compacted, as the cement-grout mixture penetrates the soil. The thick cement mixture is formulated to remain tight within the soil and fills in the voids. The grout seals off the top of the limestone layer first and as the casings are removed section by section the compaction grout increases soil density layer by layer. Finally, the casings are removed from the ground and loaded back onto the trailer and removed from the repaired property.

All Florida Ramjack uses a custom made Boxer Drill Rig with rubber tracks that can fit through a 36” door opening. We also utilize Schwing 500 Grout Pumps for compaction grouting.
